Usually, the products that you purchase from the store or online from Walmart.com have a timeframe of 90 days for return.

Some of the electronic products purchased from Walmart require a purchase receipt for their successful return.

• The postpaid cell phone must be returned within 14 days with a valid receipt to the original store of purchase.


• Make sure that you do it within 15 days with a receipt return or exchange of items like drones, computers, digital cameras, digital music players, camcorders, portable video players, e-readers, e-tablets, prepaid cell phones, video game hardware, and GPS units.
