• Customers need to return items like camcorders, computers, digital cameras, digital music players, drones, e-readers, e-tablets, PS units, prepaid cell phones, portable video players, and video game hardware within 15 days of purchase with a return receipt to refund or exchange them.

Any refund or exchange of electronic products will be allowed after getting the information of defects on the products.

The original purchase receipt is required for any price adjustment at the Walmart store.

When you want to return with the receipt

• Products returned within valid return time are accepted and refund done in the same payment method of purchase.


• There is a cash refund for the customers who used cash or cheque to make the payment while purchasing the product.


• For credit card purchases the amount will be issued to the same credit card, but if the original credit card is not present and not available when the TC number on the receipt is scanned, then the refund is processed to the gift card.


• When you shop with a debit card and the receipt shows debit tend then the amount can be put back to the debit card or refunded as cash.


• When it can't possible to show the debit then the refund is possible with the same debit card.


• When the original debit card is not found or not available, then the receipt TC number is being scanned and the refund amount changed in a gift card.

For non- receipt returns:

Only possible if the verification process allows returns and the customer's government-issued ID is accepted by Walmart.
